Minicraft Models strives to produce quality model kits. We combine unique subject matter with quality components and “state of the art” manufacturing processes to create model kits that are second to none.
Minicraft Models warrants our products to be complete and free of manufacturing defects for a reasonable amount of time after production. A good reference of the production date is the copyright date located on the side panel of your box.
Decals are not covered by warranty. We try to make extra decals available for purchase.
Our service policy requires the submission of the package UPC code, original sales receipt as proof of purchase for all parts requests. We may request the return of any defective parts or incorrect parts provided at your expense for review.
If the original sales receipt and/or original UPC code are not available, Minicraft, at our discretion, may support the product by making parts available, but may require payment of Shipping and Handling charges and will advise.
Kits purchased thru auction websites are not covered by any warranty. We will try to make parts available for purchase if the kit is still in production.
In the event parts are lost or broken during the assembly process, Minicraft Models will be pleased to replace damaged or lost parts at a modest charge plus any necessary shipping charges.
Parts orders shipping outside the US are subject to shipping charges.
All parts and decals are considered Final Sale, exchanges/returns/refunds will not be accepted on these items.
We regret we are un-able to supply individual parts or parts for special purposes including “scratch building” projects
All parts orders will be charged at full retail value in the event such a purchase is deemed necessary.
