the best product values in the industry. It is our goal to make your
product purchases completely satisfactory.
Returns
Any returns or
exchanges must be made within 30 days of customer receipt date per
shipper. Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning
merchandise. Contact us via email at models@minicraftmodels.com, or call us at 847 429 9676. Returned items must
not be damaged, and returned in unopened, original packaging. Defective
items will be exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping returns or
exchanges.
Order Status/My
Account
Our site provides an online
account for all of our customers, titled 'My Account', that provides a
summary of all your orders and personal information. This includes all
past and present purchases, as well as the ability to edit your email
subscription preferences. This online account does not include any
financial information and is not shared with any outside companies.
'Order Status' is a real-time look at all orders you have placed at
minicraftmodels.com. Found within the ''My Account' section, you can
review your orders and track all individual packages associated with
these orders.
International
Orders
All orders shipped to addresses
outside the United States are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your order must total a minimum of $50
(U.S. funds) for merchandise.
2. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
3. No items will be back ordered.
4. At this time, we will not fulfill orders
to the following countries, as we cannot insure package deliveries to :
Mexico, Costa Rica, Laos, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia, Iraq and Iran.
